Inquiry and quotation forms: name, business email address, company name, country/region, telephone number, WhatsApp number, and any project details or attachments (floor plans, BOQ schedules, reference images) you choose to send.

Communication records: emails, messages, and call notes needed to answer your inquiry and manage orders.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and website performance. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
