De uitdaging
The partner needed showroom-quality displays that matched German market expectations — precise dimensions, Blum hardware, formaldehyde-compliant boards — plus a repeatable supply chain for customer orders under their own brand.
Onze oplossing
We produced display units to the millimeter for their showroom layout, shipped a complete sample library (boards, veneers, lacquers, hardware), and set up a quarterly restock program with German-language assembly manuals and labeling. Customer orders flow through the partner with JIUSHU as silent manufacturer.
Het resultaat
The showroom opened with a full JIUSHU-based range, and the partner's first-year order volume reached three containers per quarter. The sample library became their primary sales tool for whole-house projects.
