Die Herausforderung
The interior designer specified book-matched walnut veneer across four product types — panels, doors, wardrobe fronts and a kitchen — sourced from different factories, grain continuity would have been impossible to control, and the site had no storage for early deliveries.
Unsere Lösung
We took the entire fixed-furniture scope under one contract, sequenced veneer lots across all items in a single nesting plan, and issued whole-house shop drawings so clashes between panels and wardrobes were resolved before production. Delivery ran in two DDP phases matched to the renovation schedule, crates numbered by room.
Das Ergebnis
Grain continuity across the living room panel wall, doors and kitchen was achieved from one veneer lot. The villa handed over on schedule with a single punch list, and the design studio specified JIUSHU for two further villa projects.
